On December 5-7, 2017 NIIK team headed by President and CEO Igor Esin attended FAI Annual Seminar 2017 held in New Delhi, India.
This year the theme of Annual Seminar is “Fertilizers and Farm Income». Traditionally the Seminar was opened with a word of Minister of Chemicals and Fertilizers of Government of India.

NIIK presentation at the 1st Iranian NITROGEN + SYNGAS 2017: further dialogue about the improvement of urea plants
On the 25-26th of November 2017 the 1st Iranian Nitrogen+Syngas conference was held in Tehran and became a milestone event for the main nitrogen fertilizers market players not only from the Middle East region, but also from Europe, China, Canada, Japan and other countries.

On the 1st of November 2017 and in the run-up to its 65th anniversary JSC NIIK has signed a contract with PAO Metafrax within the “Ammonia – Urea – Melamine (AUM)” project
The signed contract for engineering of the fullscale AUM industrial complex, materials and equipment procurement, construction of infrastructure facilities OSBL on a turn-key basis provided NIIK specialists with a new job.

NIIK took part in IFA workshop
September 6, 2017 NIIK took part in IFA workshop held during Russian Agricultural Exhibition "Golden Autumn" in Moscow. This is a main agricultural forum of the country organized annually with a support of Government of Moscow and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.

NIIK completed successfully urea reactor relining and corrosion inspection at Egyptian Fertilizer Company (EFC) in Ain Sokhna
During the period from 16th to 24th of July 2017 NIIK specialists have successfully completed on a turnkey basis repair of urea reactor (relining of the top part) at Egyptian Fertilizer Company (EFC) in Ain Sokhna.

Guarantee performance test at Urea Plant in India completed successfully
On July 17, 2017 NIIK and Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd (GNFC), India signed a Guarantee Test Certificate of successful completion of the guarantee test after installation of the Vortex Mixer into the urea reactor of Urea Unit.
