JSC NIIK as a company having a practical experience of working with foreign licensers will provide technical support (harmonization of the documentation with the requirements of Russian Federation), performing basic design for expert appraisal revision and developing detail design including estimation of construction cost.
The scope of design works will include ammonia and urea production facilities and transportation corridor connecting the complex with the seacoast for overseas shipping of the end product.
By customer's request JSC NIIK is performing the analysis of documentation of Saipem company presented as a licensor and preparing Declaration of intention which will be approved by local authority.
JSC NIIK is engaged in a large ammonia / urea complex engineering project requested by LLC «Baltic urea plant»
This project can be compared with a large-scale construction project in Tatarstan (urea fertilizer plant capable to produce ammonia and methanol at Mendeleevsk).
