Linde Engineering and JSC NIIK have signed agreement for Authority Package development, Detailed Engineering and documents Adaptation to Russian norms and regulations.
At the beginning of November in Toliatti JSC NIIK specialists met with representatives of Linde Group and JSC Kuibyshevazot. It was the kick-off meeting when the parties determined Design basis to be received by our Institute to succeed in getting approval of the Project in Glavgosekspertiza.
Taking into consideration that Linde Engineering is planning to proceed with the first construction stages in February 2014, Authority Package shall be developed on a very tight schedule. Moreover this schedule results in a new form of cooperation with foreign company which will be tested on this project. Group of specialists of JSC NIIK will work in Linde Engineering office in Munich together with German colleagues. Duration of stay, number of specialists and their specialization will be determined by receiving party. Close cooperation will let us define procedure of designing and calculations performing, and as a result, meet designing deadline.
Direct investments to this new production plant are estimated to be about 250 ml euro. Planned capacity is 480 thousand tons of ammonia per year or 1,340 tons per day. Planned time of completion of unit construction of the plant within the facilities of JSC Kuibyshevazot is – 2016.
JSC NIIK has started designing of ammonia production plant for JV Linde Azot Togliatti
A new ammonia production plant is a common project of JSC Kuibyshevazot and German corporation Linde Gas.
