The expert committee comprises the specialists working independently of organizations which management they assess; they possess the required experience in the field of quality management system evaluation, first of according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) excellence model.
The evaluation criteria are chosen based on the summation of the successful organization practices.
The head of quality management department Mrs. Elena Balaeva notes that more than 20 Russian industrial and trade companies, R&D institutes, engineering companies and local authorities took part in the final stage of the Second Contest. The results were announced on May, 17 in 2011.
Being the winner of the Contest JSC NIIK can take part in such programs as «Russian quality» and «Russian quality leader», as well as to be nominated for one of the levels of international EFQM model.
A ceremony for the diplomas presentation is scheduled for June, 2011
JSC NIIK has become a winner of the Second Annual National Contest in the field of quality management, held by National Organization for Quality
The president Mr. Gennadiy Voronin has officially informed the general director Mr. Oleg Kostin about the expert report results.
