Integrated Management System (QMS)

In 2003 NIIK implemented a quality management system (QMS). Today, it operates in full compliance with GOST R ISO 9001:2015 (ISO 9001:2015) and ensures procedures transparency, control at each stage of design, and high satisfaction of customers.

Currently, QMS is certified by the SOYUZSERT Management Systems Certification Body - Certificate of Conformity No. ROSS RU.IS94.SM00175 dated June 18, 2024.

NIIK sees its main objective in creating, maintaining, and continuously improving conditions that guarantee the high quality of the products developed and engineering services provided.

The main principles of QMS are customer focus and forecasting customer needs, staff involvement, and the development of a corporate culture of quality. A process approach with data-based management is used at work, mutually beneficial relationships are being established with contractors and partners, and continuous improvement of activities through the PDCA cycle is ensured.

This objective is to be achieved through the implementation of the top management's quality policy.
