NIIK CTO Alexey Besedin Awarded Order "For Merit to the Russian Chemical Industry," 2nd Class
The award was established by the Russian Chemists Union (RCU) and the Presidium of Roskhimprofsoyuz. As the highest public and departmental honor for industry professionals, executives, scientists, and organizations, it recognizes years of dedicated service, outstanding personal contributions to the industry, high production metrics, and the strengthening of social partnerships. Notably, our city of Dzerzhinsk—the country's largest chemical hub—was previously honored with the 1st Class Order.
Today, domestic science, manufacturing, and technology are strategic national priorities. The individuals who transform knowledge into cutting-edge technologies represent the core value of Russia’s human capital.
Alexey Besedin is one of those individuals. He brings extensive experience to the development and design of production technologies for urea, melamine, ammonia, ammonium sulfate, nitric and sulfuric acids, amines, and other chemical products.
Under his leadership, NIIK has built a strong engineering team capable of managing complex, full-cycle projects while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate quality standards. Alexey generously shares his vast manufacturing expertise with colleagues and serves as a mentor to young specialists. His active involvement in talent development helps new engineers adapt quickly and grow professionally, preserving intellectual capital and driving regional industry growth.
The entire NIIK team extends its warmest congratulations to Alexey on this well-deserved honor! We wish him good health, continued professional success, and many more large-scale projects ahead as he continues to drive the growth of NIIK and the mineral fertilizer industry as a whole.
