JSC NIIK Laboratory No.8 employees Mr. Artem Panshin and Mr. Andrei Barinov took part in a business meeting on the 26-th of September devoted to shutdown repairs
Within the shortest possible time with maximum quality - this is the characteristic given by Customers to the services performed by NIIK specialists. This guarantees the continuation of cooperation with mineral fertilizer plants. Being one of the plants where employees of JSC NIIK Laboratory No. 8 perform annual corrosion inspections and repairs during scheduled shutdowns for summer preventive maintenance, JSC NAK Azot expressed their attitude.JSC NIIK's achievements during the 2024 shutdown repairs of Urea Plants were also highlighted - among other works - replacement of 10 chords of cylindrical reactor lining, eddy current monitoring of the main process equipment of the Urea Unit-3.
The meeting was also attended by employees of LLC Novomoskovskremstroyservis - the direct performer of the main works for the shutdown repairs at the Plant. They, as well as representatives of other subcontracting companies, made their suggestions on improving interaction among them, JSC NAK Azot and JSC NIIK.
Plans for shutdown works at the plant in 2025 and 2026 were briefly announced. Taking into account the positive experience and undoubted high competence of NIIK specialists, JSC NAK Azot assured to continue fruitful cooperation between our companies.
