On December 7-9, 2011 the delegation from JSC NIIK took part in an Annual Seminar and Exhibition of Indian Fertilizer Association held in New-Delhi.

More than 1500 participants attended this event. The majority of them being Indian fertilizers companies came to the seminar to exchange experiences with their colleagues. A very informative exhibition also took place as a good platform to display the development achievements and latest products of different equipment manufacturers and other companies, supporting the fertilizer production.

The successful execution of the project aimed to remodel urea synthesis unit in the urea production complex with a new-designed vortex mixture installation in the synthesis column has already demonstrated that NIIK? s technology allows to achieve the maximum impact for minimum cost.

High speed drum granulators (HSDG) designed by JSC «NIIK» will be installed at chemical complex «KazAzot» in Aktau. Their total capacity will be 500 t of ammonia nitrate per day.
On October, 24 Expocentre opened the 16th International Exhibition for the Chemical Science and Industry «KHIMIA-2011».

The event has been extended to 27 of October and our Institute took an active part in its work.
This year the exhibition has brought together to Expocentre over 600 companies from 33 European countries. Approximately half of the exhibits were presented by Russian companies. Denis Manturov, Deputy Industry and Trade Minister emphasized that the significance of chemistry is rising year by year.
