JSC NIIK won a tender of JSC Grodno Azot requiring synthesis column modernization
Cooperation between JSC NIIK and JSC Grodno Azot has a long history. The first urea production plant was put into operation in 1965 and now there are three production plants with total capacity more than 3 thousand tons a day. NIIK is continuing to assist with corrosion inspections, modernization works resulting in increased capacity and supplying equipment.

Nitrogen & Syngas 2014
NIIK delegation headed by Chairman of the Board Igor Esin attended conference and exhibition Nitrogen & Syngas 2014 that took place on 24-27 February in Paris, France.
As in last year Conference and Exhibition Nitrogen & Syngas 2014, presenting innovations, inventions and advanced experience in the nitrogen industry attracted many participants from all round the world. Traditionally many companies from Russia and CIS countries attended the Conference.

NIIK is performing investment feasibility studies for ammonia and urea project (ordered by ROSSTROY company) in Novocherkassk (Rostov region).
NIIK company has extensive experience in performing preinvestment studies for chemical plants construction (providing feasibility reports, business- plans, declaration of intent for investment, investment attractiveness assessment). According to Mrs Galina Pechnikova, Development director of NIIK this fastest- growing segment finds a ready market today.

JSC NIIK has started designing of ammonia production plant for JV Linde Azot Togliatti
A new ammonia production plant is a common project of JSC Kuibyshevazot and German corporation Linde Gas. The Joint Venture called Linde Azot Togliatti has signed an EPC contract with Linde Engineering for engineering, procurement and construction of the new ammonia plant.

NIIK and PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) Vietnam have made a Contract for granulation test of compound fertilizers on PVFCCo individual formulations
Under the terms of the Contract NIIK will have to conduct a number of research tests and produce four grades of fertilizers with micronutrients in laboratory High Speed Drum Granulator. This technology developed by NIIK enables to produce a broad range of compound fertilizers with micronutrients in one unit.
