URECON® Stripping 3000 is a step forward in urea production that is designed for the companies pursuing a maximum efficiency and sustainability.
The process is based on an improved flow chart of full liquid recycle with an elaborated unreacted gas recirculation system and the minimum quantity of water used at synthesis stage. This ensures a high-degree conversion, saving of resources and reduces the load on the equipment. Due to reduced partial pressure of ammonia, stripping can be carried out at lower temperatures allowing increase of process efficiency.
JSC NIIK’s patented design solutions guarantee system reliability and safety. CO2 supply to the stripper reduces corrosion impact and extends the equipment service life. Use of ejectors instead of pumps reduces the need in maintenance and operation costs.
The process allows generating up to 60 t/h of steam at 4.5 ATA for internal needs due to generation of ammonium carbamate at elevated temperatures and efficient use of process heat.
Addressing the key challenges of the industry, URECON® Stripping 3000 introduces new standards and provides the manufacturers with a reliable, sustainable and high-performance solution for modern production.
