In October, 26-28, delegation of NIIK took part in 2015 Nitrogen & Syngas Asia Conference hosted by CRU Events in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The programme of the conference was covering the latest technical and commercial developments shaping the nitrogen industry in Asia. Our delegation was represented by the President and CEO of NIIK Mr Igor Esin, General Director Mr Oleg Kostin and Head of International Affairs Department Mrs Natalia Kargaeva.<div> The delegates from Asia and Middle East - Indonesia, Malaysia, India, Iran, Oman etc working in the field of ammonia, urea, methanol, nitric acid, melamine technologies, production and equipment manufacturing participated in the event. </div>
<div> The Conference was divided into parallel session tracks, each of them devoted for separate subject – ammonia, urea, synthesis gas. Mrs Natalia Kargaeva was reported on one of our technical development in the field of urea reactor modernization. NIIK’s Vortex Mixer is aimed at efficiency improvement of the synthesis process improving parameters and the finished product output values. Low operational cost might seem also very attractive. Several questions had been asked with regard to the report. The proposed issue had raised great interest among Asian and Middle Eastern delegations. NIIK was invited to visit the facilities with presentations on Vortex Mixer and other developments by NIIK. </div>
