NIIK presented a report regarding the production of complex fertilizers in HSDG which attracted huge rate of interest of nitrogen fertilizer industry representatives and potash and phosphate industry manufacturers, facing now the problem of utilization of by- products, such as sulphur and phosphogypsum.

R&D Institute of Urea (NIIK) delegates Rinat Anderzhanov, Deputy technical director for innovations, and Danil Safonov, International Affairs Manager, attended 19th AFA International Fertilizer Forum held February 26-28, 2013 in Sharm-El-Shekh, Egypt. The Forum was dedicated to fertilizer industry development in the world.

During the first phase the following works were carried out: land leveling, connecting passages and perimeter fencing installation. Video surveillance and access control system were assembled and lighting system was provided. Water and sewage pipelines as well as off sites water supply utilities are being constructed.

JSC NIIK has signed a contract with Aveva company for the supply of engineering and design software. The contract signing will be followed by training course with Aveva specialists which is only the beginning of our long term relations
