The decline of agricultural productivity in India is becoming a matter of great concern. New nutrient based subsidy regimes leading to availability of innovative fertilizer products will result in necessary unshackling of fertilizer manufacturing sector. It was a central, cross-cutting theme of annual FAI event. During the seminar the main points of new holistic fertilizer policy initiated by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi were presented.
The technical session was dedicated to a discussion of ammonia industry questions - ammonia technologies, production process optimization, plant modernization projects, process safety management etc
For a more detailed overview of NIIK' s activities the visitors were invited to see our booth where small-scale 3D High Speed Drum Granulator model was shown along with a film demonstrating its operating principle.
It’s important to mention that in the context of the nation strategy on energy efficiency and energy use reduction our revamping technologies offering modernization solutions aimed at energy savings were of great interest to the participants. NIIK conducted more than 20 negotiations with Indian and foreign companies on the matter.
Also NIIK discussed its participation in revamping projects as a technology supplier.
