NIIK Specialists Took Part in the Lecture “Modern Trends in Digital Engineering”

On July 17, as part of the Moscow Technical School project in cooperation with JSC TVEL, a lecture was held on the topic “Modern Trends in Digital Engineering”. The event was organized for technical specialists from industrial enterprises, 3D engineers, designers, as well as students and postgraduates of Moscow universities who actively use digital engineering methods in their work.
Representing NIIK at the event were:

• Ravad Deeb, Lead CFD Modeling Specialist;
• Abakar Bagomedov, Process Engineer;
• Evgeniya Pokotilenko, Process Engineer.

During the lecture, speakers from the industrial lecture series discussed current developments in the fields of digital twins and reverse engineering. They also held a business game, “Digital Twin Constructor: From Idea to Implementation”, which gave participants the chance to experience the entire journey from concept to digital product model in practice.

Participation in such events allows JSC NIIK specialists to exchange experience, keep up with industry trends, and implement advanced digital technologies into production and design processes.
