Site supervision was carried out by process engineers Mr. Nikita Barabanshchikov and Mr. Maxim Melnikov.
- Our tasks included approval of concealed works acts for compliance with the regulatory documentation of the Russian Federation, as well as Project Documentation, - said Mr. Nikita Barabanshchikov. We made final decisions on adaptation of isometric drawings of process pipelines. We supported CNCEC colleagues in solving issues arising during construction. When discrepancies with regulatory and Detailed Design documentation were detected, we gave comments and recorded them in the Site supervision log. We would like to emphasize the high dynamics and culture of the plant construction, which, in our opinion, is due to the strict discipline of our Chinese colleagues.
Construction of 525,000 MTPA Ammonia and 700,000 MTPA Urea Сomplex at JSC Shchekinoazot is in progress
Site supervision is necessary for the construction to proceed strictly in accordance with the developed engineering documentation. From the 4th to the 8th and from the 18th to the 22nd of March, JSC NIIK process specialists stayed at construction site of the future Plant. Before the facility is commissioned it is necessary to sign and approve documentation, solve a number of production tasks and make sure that the construction site complies with all the performance indicators stated in the project.Site supervision was carried out by process engineers Mr. Nikita Barabanshchikov and Mr. Maxim Melnikov.
