URECON® process by JSC NIIK is included into the list of advanced technologies for special investment contracts
Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has signed an order to expand the list of types of technologies acknowledged as advanced technologies for the purposes of concluding special investment contracts, which is approved by the Russian Government Order No. 3143-r of November, 28th, 2020 (SPIC 2.0).Government noted that the expansion of this list contributes to a faster development and implementation of new research developments in the industry. The above measures will accelerate the development of scientific research, increase the availability of effective tools and approaches for Russian companies, and generally contribute to the achievement of the President's goal of strengthening Russia's technological sovereignty.

Provision of tax benefits, subsidiary measures, simplified obtaining the “Made in Russia” status for their products and other options of state support will be the key factors for investors when choosing a technology licensor for future plants. NIIK technologies have already proved in practice that Russian mineral fertilizer manufacturers can safely make a choice in favor of domestic technologies. Today, together with one of the largest mineral fertilizer manufacturers in our country, 1 MTPY Urea Plant construction is in progress with capacity increase up to 3100 MTPD and more.
Using advanced domestic solutions at the plants will reduce the dependence on foreign technologies and components, a fact that has a particular importance in the context of global economic fluctuations.
