The presentation enjoyed much interest from the audience, leading fertilizer manufacturers from Russia, FSU and other foreign countries. There were additional questions asked and the discussion extended beyond the session. Thus, foreign companies are looking forward when export market will be not open to Russia's independent natural gas producers. Emerging projects for setting up of fertilizer production complexes in North-West and Far East Regions of Russia in particular have also attracted special interest from our business partners. Russian President Vladimir Putin has made some quite straightforward statements on the development of these projects during the meeting of APEC Economic Leaders.
Another presentations concerning actual problem of shale gas production delivered by American researchers enjoyed much interest from the participants. Analytic company from China has presented report regarding research- based long term and short term perspectives of the development of fertilizer market in China. Taken all round the conference has been helpful, the range of raised questions was wide and the topics they posted were very interesting. It was also useful for networking and finding out about latest projects: briefing following the session gave the perfect opportunity to exchange thoughts, share information and discuss the market situation.
JSC NIIK was present at IFA Production and International Trade Conference which took place on 1-3 October 2012 in Dublin, Ireland. The delegation consisted of President Igor Esin and Head of International Affairs department Natalia Kargaeva
