Manufacturers and design engineers together solve a paramount task of environmental protection under this project. Over the last years, ecological requirements to industrial works are becoming more and more severe and urea branch is not an exception in this field.
After the reconstruction at urea plant in Tolyatti the ammonia blowouts would be considerably reduced, that will let the ordering party bring its production in compliance with the foreign investor’s demands.
This project (the same as lots of others, by the way) is unique for JSC “NIIK”, because the equipment is not standard or series-produced. To execute the order in correspondent quality and time, the major part of JSC “NIIK” services, to be precise, science and industrial engineers’ departments , is activated.
Later on participation of JSC “NIIK” in design engineering of cyclohexane oxidation block, as continuance of its long-term cooperation with JSC “Kuibyshevazot”, is planned.
JSC “NIIK” and JSC “Kuibyshevazot” has made a contract for the reconstruction of acidic collection unit in urea department.
