NIIK (R&D Institute of Urea) gained chartered status from CQI (Chartered Quality Institute) established in 1919 and being the only chartered professional body dedicated entirely to quality. The Quality Institute is the chartered body for quality management professionals. A grade of CQI membership for General Director Oleg Kostin demonstrates our competence in applying quality concepts and managing company's quality management function.
