PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo, Vietnam) intends to install high-speed drum granulator unit designed by NIIK
Early this year the parties entered into a contract for the research work for production of complex fertilizers formulated according to individual specifications. Control trials on pilot HSDG unit have been conducted and four different urea – based fertilizers with additives were manufactured. Flexible technology developed by NIIK enables to produce a wide range of complex fertilizers with practically all types of additives.A pilot batch of compound fertilizers (200 kg) was transferred to Customer. Post-test analyses gave positive evaluation of the product received.
Cooperation with PVFCCo is being continued. Four contracts had been drafted and are awaiting signature in the nearest future - License Contract, Contract of Consultant of Design, Contract for Equipment Supply and Contract for Technical Support (field supervision).
Indoor installation of HSDG unit will help to control emissions being released into the atmosphere. When installation of the unit has been completed PVFCCo company will focus on optimizing different modes for production of urea- based fertilizers multi-component mixtures.
