A new energy-efficient cyclohexanone production unit is being built in Togliatti. "NIIK" is involved in designing of flue gas cleaning unit, outdoor installations, industrial buildings and compressor station. Two options were offered for gas cleaning unit: catalytic treatment of gas discharged and regenerative thermal oxidizer. Technical solutions development and calculation of capital costs have been performed for gas catalytic treatment. Design documentation package is currently under preparation. The project is now arriving at its completion. Simultaneously NIIK performs construction and cost estimates for outdoor installations and industrial buildings. Complex configuration of elevations combined with different structural loads make the order large enough: 800 sheets of A1 size were already presented. As for compressor station project, the detail design was completed. The next package of documents will be finalized in September. The project was executed using modern technology of three-dimensional AVEVA design. Now construction activities at cyclohexanone production site are actively going on.
