JSC NIIK has signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement with CNCEC(China National Chemical Engineering) company

The purpose of this Agreement is to maintain harmonious relationships between the companies in the field of technologies, engineering and construction in the basis of equality in collaboration and mutual benefit. The delegation from JSC NIIK has been invited to the CNCEC (China National Chemical Engineering Company) and the visit was carried out on January 14th - 19th, 2012. Founded in 1953 as an engineering company, it has already performed 67000 projects in China and abroad. CNCEC has participated in the construction of 90% of chemical and 70% petrochemical projects in China, has implemented 30 projects on petroleum refining. The company carried out more than 1000 projects in the international market in more than 50 countries. 
NIIK company is working with CC-7, one of the companies? affiliate of CNCEC in the framework of Mendeleevsk project. CNCEC in constituting a part of MNI-CNCEC consortium and is acting as a building contractor. The companies were discussing prospective cooperation between NIIK and CNCEC. The representatives of our company told about the history and company experience, as well as its main activities, more particularly about the projects on modernization and reconstruction of mineral fertilizers production plants in the territory of the former USSR. 
Institute's recognition and competitiveness abroad as an engineering company was proved by the signing of the Strategic Partnership Agreement. The agreement sets out the scope of collaborative provisions between Russian and Chinese companies in the field of technologies and cooperation on the efficient maintenance of the existing projects and development of the new ones. The perspective work is considered to be performed in the Russian market and other CIS countries, in China and others countries. The agreement is also suggesting the possibility of engineering joint venture foundation in the future.
